Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Oleh Kopach, operator of Oleh PPC Tools, processes information through a private internal campaign creation, management, reporting, and analysis tool.

Information we process

After an authorized user connects a Google account through OAuth 2.0, the tool may retrieve Google Ads account metadata and reporting data, including campaign and ad group names, performance metrics, search terms, asset groups, shopping products, device and network segments, and conversion statistics.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed only to create and manage approved campaign resources, provide reporting and period comparisons, identify anomalies, and support optimization for accounts that the operator and approved users are authorized to manage. Processing is performed to deliver contracted PPC services and follow client instructions. The tool is not offered to the general public.

Google user data

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data is not sold, used for unrelated advertising, or disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Campaign operations and AI-assisted analysis

Authorized specialists may prepare and execute campaign creation or management operations. Every live mutation requires explicit human review and confirmation. Only the minimum performance metrics and contextual labels needed for analysis may be sent to an AI service. OAuth credentials, developer tokens, refresh tokens, and unrelated personal data are never included in AI prompts. Recommendations never modify an account automatically.

Security and retention

Credentials and tokens are stored as protected backend secrets and are not exposed to end users or application logs. Access is limited to approved personnel. Reporting data is retained only as necessary for active client work, quality control, and troubleshooting.

Sharing

Information may be processed by infrastructure or analysis providers only to operate the service and under appropriate confidentiality and security controls. It is not sold or shared with data brokers.

Your controls

Authorized users may revoke the application’s Google access through their Google Account connections page. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or further information can be sent to the contact below.
